Terms and Conditions of Order

All cakes and desserts are handmade. Variations in colour, size and taste may occur to varying degrees, which is normal.

For cake‑top decorations, customers may provide our existing designs for cake artists’ reference. However, the finished product may be modified due to seasonal factors, ingredient availability and the craftsmanship of different cake artists without prior notice. Please consider carefully before placing your order.

Cake products may contain allergens including egg, soya, dairy products, alcohol, peanuts or nut‑based ingredients. Should you have any enquiries, please consult our staff before purchasing, or contact us via WhatsApp or phone at 61628122.

Regarding gluten‑free cakes: We cater to customers’ dietary needs by offering gluten‑free cakes made with gluten‑free raw materials and ingredients. Nevertheless, as our production premises also handle other food containing grain ingredients, we cannot guarantee that gluten‑free cakes will not be contaminated by airborne grain particles. Special attention is required for those who must follow a strict gluten‑free diet.

Every cake is carefully prepared by our pastry chefs. We aim to deliver cakes to our valued customers in optimal condition. Customers collecting the cake are requested to hold the cake box carefully. We accept no liability for any damage to the cake after collection.

Please refrigerate the cake at 0‑4°C and consume within 3 days for best quality.

In case of adverse weather conditions, we may cancel delivery services subject to actual weather situations. Cakes will be kept at our workshop for customers to collect when conditions are safe. The workshop may suspend operations and cake collection services, which will resume as soon as weather permits. Customers may collect their cakes on the day of resumption or the following day. Adverse weather includes but is not limited to Signal No. 8 or above typhoon and Black Rainstorm Warning.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Order without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, CU Dear Magic Bakery reserves the right of final decision.

Please note that orders for cakes must be placed at least three working days in advance. Orders placed within a shorter timeframe may be cancelled. For urgent orders, please enquire via WhatsApp at 61628122. Thank you.
