Delivery service is available for products purchased from our store. Delivery fees are set out below:
For orders of whole CU Dear Magic Cream‑style, Milk‑foam‑style, Magic Ice‑Cream and Magic Cheesecake:

Other New Territories addresses and
village entrances (no entry into villages) HK$120
For other products (mixed temperature zones allowed), free delivery is offered with a minimum spending of HKD 500 as follows:

Same‑temperature‑zone delivery offer (via SF Cold Chain Delivery):
⭐️ For products within the same temperature zone: Free home delivery for orders over HK$360; or home delivery with an extra HK$30 delivery fee for orders over HK$180.

No specific delivery time slot can be guaranteed for the same‑temperature‑zone offer via SF Cold Chain.
Delivery does not cover the following areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O and Hong Kong International Airport. (Please enquire with customer service.)
Delivery hours: 11 a.m. ‑ 8 p.m. SF will contact the recipient prior to dispatch.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive goods within the delivery window. If the delivery agent waits for more than 10 minutes upon arrival, the customer shall bear extra delivery costs (including fees for returning goods to the workshop and re‑delivery). Should the customer be uncontactable during the delivery window, the courier may leave goods at the doorstep or return them to the workshop. No compensation or remaking of food products will be provided by the merchant.
The agreed delivery time may be delayed, suspended or rescheduled due to traffic, location, weather and other practical factors. Our company accepts no liability for such delays or rescheduling, whether or not they are within our control.
Subject to actual adverse‑weather conditions, we may cancel delivery services. Cakes will be kept at our workshop for collection by customers when conditions become safe. The workshop and cake‑collection service may be suspended and will resume as soon as weather permits. Customers may collect their cakes on the day of resumption or the following day. Adverse weather includes but is not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm Warning.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, CU Dear Magic Bakery reserves all rights of final decision.
