Delivery Arrangements
CU Dear arranges the appropriate delivery method according to the products in your order and the delivery area.
🎂 Whole Cakes
Whole cream cakes, milk-cover cakes, cheesecakes and ice-cream cakes are delivered by our dedicated door-to-door courier.
If your order contains a whole cake together with other products, the entire order will be delivered together by our dedicated courier. No separate SF cold-chain delivery fee will be charged for the other products.

- New Territories orders with a post-discount merchandise total of HK$1,000 or above | FREE
❄️ Other Chilled / Frozen Products
If your order does not contain a whole cake, chilled and frozen products will be delivered by SF Cold Chain.
Chilled only or frozen only:
- Below HK$180 | HK$60
- HK$180–HK$359.99 | HK$30
- HK$360 or above | FREE
Orders containing both chilled and frozen products:
- Below HK$500 | HK$60
- HK$500 or above | FREE
Chilled and frozen products are combined for shipping-fee calculation. You will not be charged two separate delivery fees.
🏝️ Outlying Islands, Village Houses & Designated Remote Areas
Shipping charges are quoted separately.
- Outlying Islands: Select “Outlying Islands” at checkout and the shipping fee will be shown as “Shipping quoted separately”.
- Village houses / remote areas: Tick “Delivery address is a village house / remote area” at checkout. The shipping fee will then be shown as “Shipping quoted separately”.
You may submit your order first. We will contact you afterwards to confirm the delivery arrangement and actual delivery charge.

💳 How is the Free-Shipping Threshold Calculated?
Free-shipping thresholds are based on the post-discount merchandise total.
- Coupon discounts, promotional discounts and quantity discounts are deducted before determining whether the free-shipping threshold has been reached.
- Shipping fees and payment handling fees are not included in the threshold calculation.
- Store credit used as a payment method does not reduce the merchandise total used to determine free-shipping eligibility.

📌 Other Delivery Notes
- Delivery hours: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. SF will contact the recipient prior to dispatch.
- No specific delivery time slot can be guaranteed for SF Cold Chain delivery.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive goods within the delivery window. If the delivery agent waits for more than 10 minutes upon arrival, the customer shall bear extra delivery costs (including fees for returning goods to the workshop and re-delivery).
- The agreed delivery time may be delayed, suspended or rescheduled due to traffic, location, weather and other practical factors. Our company accepts no liability for such delays or rescheduling, whether or not they are within our control.
- Subject to actual adverse-weather conditions, we may cancel delivery services. Cakes will be kept at our workshop for collection by customers when conditions become safe. The workshop and cake-collection service may be suspended and will resume as soon as weather permits. Customers may collect their cakes on the day of resumption or the following day. Adverse weather includes but is not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm Warning.
